This is me with the results of a morning hunt on the Mobile Bay/Mobile-Tensaw Delta Complex. The bag is mostly gadwalls, with an immature drake spoonie and a hen bluebill thrown in. The boat I'm leaning on is my partners 14' fiberglass V hull. The 16' Go-devil boat on the right belongs to another hunting partner. That is one cool boat! If you ever get a chance to ride in one, make sure to go.

Here is my 1440 MV SeaNymph all rigged up to travel. If you are looking for a good MV Jon boat, I highly recommend this boat. I've got a 9.9 hp Johnson on it. With just me and 80 decoys, it moves pretty good. With me, a partner, 100 decoys and a dog, the 9.9 hp just doesn't cut it. The boat is rated for a 20 hp and that it what it really needs to perform with all that weight. I put my 4 Rivers layout in this boat when I hunt out of it. I put the layout in length-wise and secure the front of the layout to the front handles on the boat with a bungee & I'm on my way.

Here is my boat blind frame under construction. The frame is constructed with 1" outside diameter PVC pipe. The long horizontal supports hold the blind material. The vertical supports have a small piece of dowel sticking out about 2". The "T"s on the horizontal supports rests on these dowels. The vertical supports are slid down into 2 conduit straps attached to the seats. The vertical supports can be removed from these conduit straps, but normally just stay in place unless I'm taking the layout.
