Trolling motor for Fatboy

What is the smallest size trolling motor needed to push a Fatboy, 300lbs of flesh(2 people), 4 dozen decoys around the marsh?

I used a 45 and it was slowwww. It won't haul what you are wanting to carry.

I cut the shaft down on my 30 year old Sears electric trolling motor and it works fine for my Fatboy used on ponds and small lakes. Can't tell you the pound thrust because it is not listed anywhere on the unit, but it is a real small motor. I have also used a 2hp Honda while hunting Navisink River off Sandy Hook Bay, NJ. The 2hp moved the fatboy in the current and tides very well.
