I have decided to rebuild my 20ft privateer in hopes of letting it live another honest 37 years. I can't say enough about the boat. for where we hunt(miles of bay crossings) and the amount of decoys we carry(too many always), and in a good year the ice we bust(lord willing). To me its the 870 wingmaster of duckboats. Soo next february i am going to tear it apart transom stringers floor and console and rehab everything.
its a 20 ft side console now.I am looking for pics or ideas on the right set up..
a small center console no t top,
a place to store the gps and vhf out of the elements but easily seen while running-
any ideas of a great place to get a new one(console)? or pics?
any pros or cons of putting the gas tank in the floor?
