Lord Yooper hit the muddy Illinois River this weekend for the Central Zone Youth Hunt. Flights were generally slow but we were able to strike the first harvest over the decoy in Illinois. This wasn't Koles first duck but it was his first teal! Out of the 50 puddle duck decoys out this lady landed about 3 yards to the left of Lord Yooper.
Still enjoyed a fun morning in the blind with some new folks.

Lord Yooper will be heading back to the UP of Michigan tomorrow to our duck camp for a nice 5 day get-a-way.
