Created this page as a community to share & discuss current/past waterfowl topics across New York State. Seeing as we have such a wide diversity across the state I think it would be important to share our ideas and suggestions on how we do what we do. I currently run Island Outdoors Media Productions mainly based on Long Island and have been asked many times by new beginners into the sport on where to hunt, how to hunt, what equipment is needed and just what exactly waterfowl hunting is like in such a underestimated state such as New York. Please feel free to share your own experience, photos, topics whatever you would like, to help each-other out in benefiting from this continuing tradition and share this group to those who may find it beneficial.
