I thought I saw a Cabela's Reality sing on his place the other day, so I looked it up. A neighbor down the road has his place up for sale. 93 acres of hunting and fishing on the Applegate River. Makes me wonder what our 125 acre place is worth now?

Dave, I really think you should adopt me. Then you would be my father I never met. Since were so close to the same age, there would be some small details to work out. Actully how could you have kids if your so young. There's probley a good story there.o) I wonder how many grapes you would have to grow to pay for that property. Pete
