Last November I sent my Browning Gold 10 gauge semi to the Browning Factory to get fixed. The problem was the shells were not getting picked up after the first shot. This cost me so many ducks and geese the first half. I almost threw the dang thing in the river twice. Anyway! a week ago I just got it back. I was happier then a young kid at Christmas. It looked so good and clean I was really happy. Until I took it out of the box and started to put it back together. The magazine spring came flying out of the gun. Also the cap and anything else that was with it was gone. I was so pissed and I looked all over for the parts. I found the spring and that was all. I picked up the phone and called the gun smith I sent it out with(Here in New York State we have to send out our guns with a licence firearm dealer). They were really cool about it they called Browning right up on the phone. Browning told them to ship the gun back to them at know change. They paid for shipping and everything. Well I just got it back the other day and didn't shoot it yet. But I did make the dealer put it together to make sure the same thing didn't happen again. I had the gun worked on before the season for the same problem. The gun smith replace a part or two. He thought he fixed it that's why I sent it out to the Browning Factory. Let the people that makes the gun work on it. If they can't fix it you would have to think know one else can.View attachment December 2018 photos from Galaxy 528.jpg
