Welcome to your new home
Okay, you can pick your jaw off the floor now. We have finally arrived after well over a year of plans to move. The SPAM had gotten out of control and we were long overdue for an updated format. The new backend makes it easier to update and add new content. We're not totally done with the remodeling job and as you work your way around you will see areas for future development.

Please take a few days to get used to the new look and feel and learn the features this format has to offer. If you have questions feel free to post them and I encourage anyone who can help others please do so. THANK YOU!

I'd really like your attention now. There are a few things needing to be to said. This day never would have happened if Steve Sutton had not picked me up from duckboats.net dispair and convince me the site was so very important to many. He has done a wonderful job of raising funds and managing a lot of the behind the scenes activities. Quite simply duckboats.net would have died had it not been for him.

Chris Stearns, one of my closest friends all the way back from high school, who isn't even a duck hunter (but does go after turkey with a vengeance) helped me overhaul the site. He donated a significant amount of time asking for nothing in return. He has read this site for years and as a web site developer knows this community is a special place. If you are a trukey hunter and want to help repay Chris I know he'd love to hook up for a hunt. Thanks Chris, I owe you man! Yuu can drive my Gremlin anyday.

I know I'm leaving a lot of info out but it's getting late and we can cover more info later.

Sincerely,

Eric Patterson

You can put the pic in your post too by checking the inline checkbox and using the syntax [inline filename.jpg].

I'm looking for one. You set the bar too high!

I gotta go to bed and ice my back. But the new forum looks awesome and will be great I'm sure. I can't offer a turkey hunt, but I'll put up a pike fishing trip if Chris is ever up this way. Thanks for all your time Eric, I really appreciate it, and I'm going to put a zillion decoys for sale in your calssifieds!

Greatly appreciated. Used to go by Brad T on the old boards, but found it pretty neat when I logged on several weeks ago to find Brad Taylor posting ;) Thanks again for all of your (and friends) hard work!

Eric, Thanks for all the hard work. It looks great. It seems as though validation emails are not sent to yahoo address's. I had to use my work address to get my validation email. If you get the chance you can delete the Ryan Werden user account. Sorry for the trouble so early.
