Greetings,
Hope you are all well?
I was interested in learning how some of you hunt with a larger party?
I hunt coastal MA and hunt out of a old TDB 17 as our mothership with too many of my good friends.
Our party is usually 4 men and now 3 dogs-I know the size of the party can be an issue-thats why I try to hunt during the week while the others are at work!
We have a whitney 2 man sculler that has really helped us out alot-tows a full speed loaded to the hilt. We also have a busik 2 man-which we have not really utilized-mainly due to the fact that it tows like crap and weighs a ton-mainly used for sea ducks.
It seems that we always have people out of the boats-for one reason or another....
I am interested in ideas on how we can make this work better-we do well but really want to get more ducks and geese in the decoys?
I am convinced that we need pond boxes or ground blinds. I really like the box that is on the NJ waterfowlers web site-has anyone hunted out of one?
Anyone using an avery neo-tub on a ground blind?
Thanks in advance
Tim
