For way less than the cost of buying used Bean teal, you can make your own, and make them better. Sheet of 3" tan cork would be around $100 delivered, gotta get at least 18 teals out of that, $40 for head materials. Sealer, eyes, paint, $50 for tools, and for less than $250 you have your rig. Just have to find a bandsaw to cut it all out on. For teal you don't even need a riser block to cut the profile. Once you get going probably only 3hrs a decoy with a basic paint job.
