Boats for Sale in MI

My sister and her husband are reducing their boat inventory. They have two for sale, a Citation 196 Cuddy I/O & a Scout 145.
My brother-in-law takes immaculate care of his boats and cars, so I know these are in great shape.
Boats are in Farmington Hill, MI.

If that Scout had some more gunwale to her, I would have thought about it!
The other one might make a good layout tender.
