Not the best in pics but you'll get the drift. #2, #3, and #4 are the same two. I wanted you to see that even a duck can fall through the ice. The rest of the pics are all different ducks.

A picture is worth a thousand words.... but id smoked dat pinnie with the band without talking about it! ha.

couple years ago a partner of mine and me where hunting this dirtclod field... dragged coffins out there before legal, dug them half way into the mud, and sat down to get rained on. SMOKE CITY... we both taking turns cutting big fat green heads. Another friends daughter had killed her first duck a week before, a nice bull, but with almost no sprig. So i decided Id kill her a long sprig bird and swap it out in the freezer for her, and by the time the mount came back she'd never remember hers had a short sprig. So this bull sprig comes from left to right in front of my coffin, and I throw up on this duck and follow it for maybe 15-20 yards.... naw sprig is too small, need a nice one for shelby. so i let is slide past me. My partner smokes it. sure nuff, no sprig, but shiny band. bwhahahahahahaha. no good deed goes unpunished. travis
