Kara Hummer and trailer.

I had listed this before and still have it available. I added a picture so we can all play "Find the Boat!" DOG IS NOT INCLUDED, make offer on mother-in-law. I have reduced the price only to move it. I currently have three boats in my yard and this one just needs to go. This is a handmade Kara Hummer that I built and finished in October 2010. It is well built and numerous photos of the build can be found at Churchdecoys.com. Click on Photo Gallery and Sneak Boat Build to see the pics. It is 14ft long and built with quality materials. It is solid and stable and ready to go. It has been modified from the original plans to have a square stern, battery/fuel tank compartment, storage box with lid, plenty of built in floatation, navigation lights, three lifting handles, shock cord around the deck for grassing and gear, gun rack inside the cockpit and an adjustable back rest. Comes with a custom trailer that has bearing buddies, new winch, new winch strap, new swivel tongue jack, new wiring harness and new lights. Trailer is a double jet ski trailer that I have converted to haul the Kara. It could easily be converted to haul two Karas if need be. Boat has been in the water 10 times only! No leaks, four coats of fiberglass on bottom makes it solid and rugged. Asking $750 or best reasonable offer. Will haul an hour in any direction to help with the transfer. Contact Dave at 443-975-1880. Too many projects, started on the next one, this one needs to go. Go to the above website or contact me for pics at dcducks1@verizon.net.

Dave,
Great web site and nice pictures. I see you were using an electric motor. What size gas motor do you think it could take?

I was admiring it the other day and thinking the price is great and I wish it was closer. I really don't need another boat but if you were down the street I am not sure I could help myself.

hey dave dont really know much about that type of boat..what is it made of? What does it weigh? What kinda power can you put on it? do you have any pic with it not incredible camo'd?

Chester,
It is made of wood and fiberglass. It can handle up to a 5hp motor if the stern is built up which would be as easy as bolting on a taller stern board. The entire build from start to finish can be seen at churchdecoys.com. Go to "Phot Gallery" and scroll down to "Sneakboat Build". Thanks for asking about it. dc

Been too busy fishing to spend any serious time selling the sneak boat. With the season approaching I am once again posting this boat. Pics can be found at my website churchdecoys.com. Go to Phot Gallery and then scroll down to see Sneak Boat build. Any questions, call me at 443-975-1880. $700 with trailer.
