WTB - Hartman & Hartman Divers

Hi Todd,

Sorry I do not have any diver Hartman & Hartman. But I do have some mallards & black ducks that I bought in 1999 from a guy in Ohio, which have become my favorite decoys. Several years later I tried to find more but could not. I am curious do you know where they were originally made?

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

They were made by a fellow in PA. The guy in OH That sold them was Tom Kondrick. Tom passed away some years ago and the decoys faded away. I have been looking for some more for a long time.

Who knows ...............the search continues!

they were very popular here in jersey back in the mid to late 80's.
I had a small rig then, but they are long gone... kinda pricey at the time or I would have had more.
I usually see some for sale at the Tuckerton show every year. They were a very nice, and durable, deke....

Hi Todd,

You are correct. I did not want give names, but I did buy my decoys from Tom Kondrick. I got to know Tom when he was the selling TDB boats (I bought a TDB Seaclass 14). I had also heard the story of him passing, sad. Did you buy a boat from Tom?

i have a bunch of blacks and some goldens i would sell make a offer if you want them

Rich,

Are you coming to Pt. Mouillee this year? If you are and want to sell those deeks, bring them with you and we'll do business there.

Jeff,

I bought a 14 classic from Tom, along with Hartman deeks and Paul
Kingyon calls. Tom only sold the best!

Rich,

I think it's on Sept. 10th & 11th this year. I would love to see your new boats. Let us know if you think you'll make it. Bring your Hartmans if you come and I'll take them off your hands ;-)
