Josh,

The boat is in the same condition as when I purchased it from Bob. I have over 37 vintage duck boats so I am reducing the collection to
a more regional collection.

If you are in need of space, may I graciously offer a storge area for your new england area vintage boats. You can be rest assured that they would be used throughout the early, regular and late seasons with several summer outings on the rivers, bays and estuaries in the area.
No charge for this storage and you could use them when you visit! :>) :>)

Wow - 37 vintage boats!

Can you post some pics? Love to see them.

Mike,

I will take some pictures this weekend and send them to you. I have a video of Sammy Hunt building a sneak box.
The DVD is produced by NJN Video at 609-777-5093 or njn.net Title: In the Barnegat Bay Tradition.
Mike this boat was built for Bob Hayden who is a real neat guy, then shipped from from Sammys on the east coast to California
where Bob lived. Sammy painted Bob's mailing address on the hatch of the sneak box. Bob was a avid duck hunter and boat builder. He got to travel alot with his Job. I believe he was Vice President of Krogers a supermarket chain. I have the hand written letters from Sammy to Bob while they were
corresponding with each other while the boat was being built. I could go on but I will stop here for now.

Thanks, Tom

I'd love it. Love seeing others' boats and getting "new" ideas for my own.

37 duckboats! And I thought my 11 were a lot. I suppose it's all relative. I have some catching up to do :)

Would love to see pics Tom

Hey Paul.

Do you happen to have a Dan Kidney in your Fleet? Yes, 37 is a good start but always looking to add to the fleet.
I will try to post some pictures after my daughters wedding on the 16th. My wife and I have been pretty getting ready
for this big day.

Take Care, Tom

I do not have a Kidney. Only sneakbox in the fleet is a widgeon. Just did the hull in gluvit last night in fact.

The next boat to get ready for this season is a 24ft aluminum V. I'll get pics up soon.

Looking forward to your pics!

Pictures 2 and 3 were in Bob Haydens shop when I picked the boat up from him.
Thanks MichiganMark for posting the pictures. Enjoy the pictures all you duck boat
lovers.

No problem Tom.

FYI, I got to hang out with Tom and his wife for a while today. What a boat collection he has and he is a helluva carver as well. I went to see the Sam Hunt boat while Tom still has it and I will tell you that if I had the room and didn't already have the Bud Miles boat I'm working on, I'd want it just to have it. Then after reading the letters from Sam hunt and watching the DVD and him build one and what he put into each boat, it really is a steal of a deal.
