Hosed by guide service - a followup

Just so y'all are forewarned, I wanted to give you the details of my experience.
At the end of April, I booked a hunt with a new guide service through an ad on eBay.
They were advertising Southern Illinois hunts for $50 a day. Place called lost-creek-outfitters.com.
I won the hunt and booked two days for two guys with them. They had pretty good feedbacks before the time of my transaction.
I didn't think any more of it until a couple of weeks ago when I wanted to make the final arrangements for my hotel, etc. and tried to contact them. After a week of being unable to contact them via email or phone (website is no longer there), I happened to look at the guy's recent feedback.
He's had a record of non-completed transactions and unsatisfied customers since right after I dealt with him.
I've pretty much given up on getting in contact with him and have filed for compensation under ebay's fraud protection.
Guy's name is Derek Hahn.
Just so you don't get hosed as well.
