Wish I had a lathe for them to go on. I've been looking for an older Powermatic 45 or even an old delta 1460. Are you into old woodworking machines. I am. I know a place where they will get snatched up fast if you offer them for free. You could probably sell them there too. Have you been to owwm.org?

The 1460 has cone pulleys. Sounds like you have the one with the dial to change speeds. You really interested in selling? I'm in the market but have been looking for something rock bottom that I can restore.

I sold a variable speed delta to my neighbor, he had the one that you are talking about. I have no idea what he wants for it but I will look into it and let you know. Personally , I own a J-line that I salvaged from a fire at a mill. It was the ugliest thing you ever saw. It too is for sale because I am looking for something a little larger. My dream machine is a Oneway 2436 but man are they pricey. I think I am going to settle for Powermatic 2448 I think it is. it is the biggest one they make, the problem is I think it is made in Japan now at the same place that they make Jet power tools. Tho other option is a VB bowlmaster. THose are awsome but about 5000 per copy. Let me know what ya want me to do.

I am not sure of the model. I am not even sure if they made more than one. It is a big ol hunk of stuff. I will try to take some pictures of it this week. If you end up with it you may want ot come and get it, it may be cheaper than shipping it. I will also ask about the Delta machine.

I am in my annual "get rid of everything I don't use" mode so maybe I should just put it in the classifieds and see what kind of interest is generated. I'd appreciate any comments (I am not emotionally attached to it so you can tell me what you think)
