Circa 1980 Sneak Boat

I have an older (circa 1980?) sneak boat that was handed down to me 30 years ago that is time to pass along to someone who can put it to more use than I have been lately. It appears to be a Humboldt Bay style boat. It is 14' long and 4' wide (at its widest dimension), has a square fiberglass over wood transom for motor mounting and has a sculling oar as well as standard rowing oars.
I've searched the web and have not seen any pictures of the exact same boat. Any suggestions on where I might be able to find out the manufacturere of the boat and what its ballpark resale value might be?
Note: I tried including a couple of photos with this post but could not due to the attachment size being too big. Seemed kind of odd since they're just standard-size j-peg photos.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the help, Pete. Unfortunately, I know enough about computers to be dangerous and was still not able to upload the pics even with the step-by-step instructions.
