My mentor Frank Werner is looking for a new apprentice. He lives in St. Maries Idaho. Ideally the candidate would live in Idaho to take advantage of State Art funds to help cover material costs, Frank's time and travel costs for the student.
Frank makes and teaches working decoys, although he is not shy about putting on hen painting detail. If you want to learn about carving with hand tools and painting with oils, he is you man.
