Hahahaha, I think I'd miss more often just to see the look on his face. Now if he could also register a look of amazement when I hit one..........

Al,
That's funny as all get out! As you can see mine is more interested in the snake in the woodpile than all those geese behind her.

My Old Dog Jed would stay steady at the ready, watch the conflutin confusion and as the smoke cleared and all the ducks flew off would give one long audible sigh. He wouldn't even look at you.

Rick, that was spot on. I know a guy who puts sunscreen on the dog's nose. They definitely get sunburned.

Good one, Pete. I should try and find a picture or two of Chaco's wild eyes. Almost a WOW factor!

Hey Tom. I agree with you when talking about the "best medicine" for about anything. Speaking of April Fool---the hummers haven't shown up yet.

A great capture of your pup, Craig. That is perfect! I have seen that look many times during each season.

I still like, Lucy, Ed. Maybe she is just so used to see waterfowl in your front yard.

Lol...thanks AL. She's a great lap dog! I think I'll keep her.

Thanks Al, Jed was a very expressive Lab. He would make all sorts of responses but the ones in the blind were classic.

He and his dam were trained in water rescue and would pull a full grown man over a 100yds. I would train them together and they would pull myself and my daughter while she hung on to my shoulders as far as we wanted to go. Quite a sight
