TDB Classic Blind

Ive recently bought a '87 TDB 14 Classic and it is missing one piece of the blind-the rear piece. My question is to those who have these boats-are the front and rear pieces identical? Has anyone had any luck reproducing a section of the blind? and if so, what can i expect to pay to have it reproduced from a canopy shop?

If they are difficult to reproduce, does anyone know of anyone who might have an extra rear piece that might be from a scraped boat?

Thanks,
Chris

Chris, if you fail to find an existing rear blind panel, I would contact Nate Olsen and request a quote on production of one via the original blind patterns TDB's seamstress shop has in-hand. You would have to locate and mount the snaps specific to your boat, but it would be both functional and OEM, "mating" with the other three panels, should you eventually need to replace the entire blind in the future.

The rear panel is smaller than the front panel. It actually isn't that very big at all...
I just recently sold my early model Maine built boat or I would trace it out on heavy paper and mail you a template - it would be very easy to do.
Hopefully someone that has that boat could do that for you.......
