...oh how sad it was, 2,000 pictures from over a decade. No worries, I saved all the good ones, and thought I'd get started sharing a few "memorable moments"...

Kyle at THE Ohio Decoy show, I think this was the last year it was at Westlake, maybe 2010 or 2011...

Jim Williams giving me the finger just for the thought of posting a picture of him sewing on the Internet...

Archie Johnson was regular back in the day at the Ohio Westlake show.

Archie would always invite me to sit and chat for awhile. I always enjoyed the stories and advice he and Mrs. Johnson provided. He was good enough to sign my copy of Gun Clubs & Decoys Of Back Bay & Currituck Sound. He enjoyed the fact that the Ohio show was the first major contest, north of the Mason-Dixon Line to include Canvas Gunning Decoys in the pool contest, thanks to Cliff and Audrey. From there the canvas gunning decoy appreciation grew, and continues to do so.

Thanks Chuck.

Vince, great story, I'll try and remember to take a photo tonight of something in our library that you will appreciate.

Ya did good. A home library is a must, in my way of thinking.

Chuck,
Thanks for the trip down memory lane with your pics. I enjoyed seeing that pic of Kyle again. He has too been busy with other things the last several years to be carving decoys with us old duffers.
