Just think for a moment how difficult it was to drive a wagon and camp out all night in the back with all of those swans.
You might be able to pull that off, but you could never do so with 10 live turkeys.

those are all mute swans. I suspect that the photo is from England and represents one of the two Swan"companies". one is the Royal family and the other is a different firm. I'll have to wait til weekend to search my library for more info if desired.
