New Attachment-NDR

Work smarter.. not harder!!!!

No, she did not! but I bought it to keep her safe... So she wasn't having to climb up on log piles to choke the logs...
( I am just sweet like that)

It would make firewood processing easier as well. I have gone to holding my tree length at waist height and sawing to firewood length, building a pile about 50 feet long. Then when the pile is large enough running the splitter down the length of the pile. As I have a horizontal splitter it shoves the split pieces off the end when the pile gets big enough it shoves the splitter back keep splitting till the end of the pile.

Like you said work smarter!!!

Phil & David~

I do something similar to what David is doing - but without Phil's Jaws of Death.....

I had 3 grab hooks welded to the top of my bucket (on my Massey-Ferguson 1540). I use a chain to lift the logs up to a comfortable sawing height so I can reduce it to stove lengths - and with less worry about hitting the ground with my saw chain.

Nevertheless - my firewood supply is WAY behind schedule for this Winter.....

All the best,

SJS
