Lucky Duck Remote

for those duck scum like myself that use motorized decoys in the field, has anyone had trouble with the synchronization of multiple decoys onto one remote?

For the purists who need to lash out and tell me I wouldn't have a problem if I didn't use themyour advice is duly noted.

Thank you

In reading that our sport has reached a new low in that you could pair multiple duck hunting devices with a remote, I read up on the technology. Pairing the devices appears easy and straightforward, while being disturbing and disgusting at the same time. If you remember, I had a problem with decoy deployment this year when I forgot my anchors, and while anchors are traditional and not revolting like remote-controlled paired decoys, I had empathy and sympathy for this fella's problems.

Yes. I had them sync'd last season so I know how. Turns out after systematically going through, 2 of 4 recently charged batteries weren't sufficiently charged. Not sure why as had been on adequate time and charger light was green. Maybe charged when only partially drained? The confusion was the motor would turn but the transmitter light wouldn't on 2 decoys. Got a voltage tester so won't have that issue.

Tod I'm glad you didn't disappointment me with your opinion on motorized devices but in hunting our dry fields they make a huge difference. I can laugh at your mockery but cry watching the ducks go on to other fields. I am also comfortable in my mechanical incompetence. I'm far from perfect.

It sounds like you are on track with a solution.

If you are purely into numbers, I have read that corn spread liberally in the field works well and it doesn’t have batteries to charge or remotes.
