Decoy Shape

If you had a clean slate and were to design a foam decoy bodies, one for a puddle duck, one for divers and leave pintails out what of the current or noncurrent foam bodies do you like the shape of best?

I like the Herter's 72's in puddler and diver but I could see where a keel you could grab or for some to wind a cord around would be nice.

Just curious thanks for your responses.

I'm with you on the herters 72's especially the divers ,i coat them with epoxy and corn cob gives you something to hold on to.

I have always been partial to the L.L.Bean puddlers, my blacks and mallards mimic them even with Autumn Wings heads. [black cork bodies].

Please include diagrams with grid drawing. My 40 year old broadbill decoys are starting to get unrepairable. Sho-goo won’t even do the job. I started making foamers last year and I am happy with the results but would really like to see what others are doing.
