Wild turkey meatballs

Grind two wild turkey breast, mix in a half a pound of hot or sweet ground sausage. Add a cup of bread crumbs , a half cup of graded cheese, tea spoon garlic power, black pepper, one egg, a dash of salt. chopped onion and green pepper. Mix and let sit covered, in the frig over night.
Next day, roll your meatballs bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. Check after 30 minutes. You can also fry them there Better! but not as good for us. Recipe for a great meatloaf, or burger. Its up to you how you would like to eat it.
