here we go again. For example, your Semi auto shotgun with an extended mag tube holding over 5 rounds for your goose hunt where allowed, would be an assault weapon.

In CT my Pardini SP, was classified an assault pistol, and to be legal I had to register it when our latest AW ban was passed.

I do not believe this will pass, or even make it out of the House... but we still need to be aware and vigilant.
 
Think Mike meant a magazine ahead of the trigger. Also banned in NY. NY safe Act is written by true amateur politician. Thumbhole stock, bayonet holder or flash suppresser, what do they do to keep the public Safe... In NY state they had many mental health facilities and were mostly closed, $$$.
Mental health is not being addressed. Be aware of the VA records that may ban many vets from owning firearms. Some have told me they were asked if they owned guns. Beware...
Don't go to Dicks or Field and Stream. They are like Arnold Schw??? make their money promoting firearm images, but are opposite.

That's exactly what they mean.

So the Escort Gladius and/or the Fostech Origin SBV semi-autos would be a no-go.
