Guys (and Dani),
Last weekend I was visiting my sister in law in Raleigh and I took my fly rod along to track down some blue gill on the local small streams. This I did.
But I found that the Delorme Gazetteer was not specific enough to really track down where streams went.
Tonight I did a little research and came across Stream Map USA.
It was put together by a guy that saw a deficiency in apps for fishermen and hunters that focused on streams.
I downloaded the Southeast section ($14.99) and I realize this could have been a big help last weekend to me. Now I'm in trouble: way, way too much water and not enough time.
I can see this being useful for float hunters as well as fishermen.
Since I just downloaded I can't vouch beyond the first impression, but you might want to check it out. It's available for IPhone or Android under "Stream Map USA".
Now if I just didn't have a job!!
