Got rid of my smoker, due to low sodium diet, doctors orders.
Anywho, found this recipe and tired it, to try to sooth my jerky craving while hunting and fishing.
Instead of beef, I used Venison and then Canada Goose breast.
Turned out very good.
Keeps very well in the freezer for long periods, and when thawed still has good texture and tastes good.
Hope it prints large enough to see when double clicked on.
