It is nice to be back at DHBP

I have missed posting on this site but I am back and able to post again. I hope to add my fair share of contributions going forward.
While I have not been posting, I have been reading and watching from the sidelines. Lots of fine work out there.
Some of you may notice I have a new screen name with the same old avatar photo.
Eric was kind enough to change my screen name, at my request, and link my old posts to my new screen name, Thank you Eric.

Since it would be inappropriate to say welcome back, I look forward to your "renewed" participation!

Good morning, John~

Welcome back! I hope all is well with you and yours down on the South Shore.

All the best,

SJS

Thanks guys.
It has been a while.
I have not been working on anything "Ducky" lately but I have been staying busy building a new work shop and restoring an ex-Navy RIB.
The boat was in service in the Persian Gulf and beat up pretty bad by the time I received it.
It took me a year to finish this project but it has been a lot of fun along the way.
I launched it for the first time two weeks ago for a bay test. Then the following day I took a ride offshore in sloppy 4' seas and it performed great.
She is a welcomed addition to my fleet and will enjoy a second life back home in the USA.

You're such a kiss ass. If he liked you he wouldn't have dumped you on ME. Face it he's just not into you.

Hey Bob, I know another guy you may want to meet. He says he also likes your boat.

Good morning, John~

Excellent! A very neat vessel - about which I know almost nothing.

Are those "gunwales" filled with just plain old air - or something else?

How comfy is that seat?

All the best,

SJS

If your saying I have to go back to work to get rid of Tom I just might do it.[;)]
