Perhaps it's time...

Jon,
You and your family are in my prayers. From one NE Ohio guy to another I'm in Florida now but is there anything i can do for you?
Keep your chin up and try your best to get well as others have said the estimate is not always correct.

Ken

Prayers for you & your family, Jon. Please continue to let the duckboats community know how we can help.

Jon

You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. That is a tough pill to swallow. Let us know if there is anything we can do and we will. Stay strong my friend.

Jon - Hang in their bud. I am a cancer survivor myself. 2004. It can happen! Walk with the Lord through it. Your family too. Here is one of my cancer verses for you...

Deuteronomy 31:8 (NIV)
8 The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

You and your family are in my prayers brother! Don't give up! Keep fighting! Lean on the Lord for strength... Pat

For the guy that has the best dog picture of all time-I will be with you in spirit. We never know how any days we have, my hope for you and your family is that you have more than you believe you do. You're a good man, one can tell from what and how you write. Best wishes.

Jon, there are a number of new and newer therapies that augment your immune system's response to both primary and secondary lesions. Jimmy Carter was given similar grim five year survival, yet he is disease free now.

Nearly fourteen years ago I was told I had a sixty percent chance of surviving five years...didn't prove true. I will keep you in my prayers.

Jon

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news, But! the lord works in many different ways. We're all praying for you and you family, my friend. God bless

[size 4]Jon,

Will be praying that you get all the best and most effective medical advice & treatment from each and every one of the practitioners you are working with, and that everyone in your support network is blessed and comforted whenever they most need it. Most of all I'm praying that you come back to us with news of healing and improvement as time passes.
Best,

Bob

My thoughts and prayers are with you. You have been a valued member here and we all stand behind you.

Prayers for you and your family brother. Our family faced cancer 2 years ago when my bride of now 29 years was diagnosed. As hard as it was to do we put it all in God's hands and we had tremendous support from our friends. (who are many times closer than our own family).

My dad's favorite scripture is Philippians 4:6-7:
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
