Busy Morning
So I got a little done on the 2 man & a dog layout.
Received the epoxy and glass for it on Tuesday... Will be starting the tops soon.

Also put up the layout rack... I many need to make some changes to the cross members as there will be a second one up there.

Nothing like the north wind pushing snow at your back, a bird in your hand, and chessie with ice on his coat at your side.

I really like the layout rack in the rafters. How do you get it down from there? I've thought of doing something like that when I get my carport installed (not sure when that will be) to protect the boats. My dad kind of did the same sort of thing but he had his kayaks up high and just used ropes and pulleys and cleats to keep them up and then just lowered the kayaks when he wanted to take them out.

I also like your motor stand

Ropes and pulleys would work. I happen to use forks on my tractor.
