AA Broadbill

After seven years of scrounging for mahogany to use for frame members, 90% are cut out. Some smoothing needs to be done and testing that all pieces fit properly together.

My difficultly now is finding okoume marine grade plywood locally in Atlanta. Once that has been purchased I will be able to begin assembly. Which leads me to my question - what are the best devices to be used for clamping the various pieces when gluing has been completed.

I will post pictures of my progress when I figure out how to upload them.

Thanks in advance

Bruce, I built one of those years ago and have plenty of free advice if you run into snags. Feel free to ask. I loved the boat, just downsized and traded it off.

Thanks Tom. I will be asking you more questions when assembly starts.

How is your health? I haven't seen anything posted lately.

Bruce, got a book from west system about using epoxy, was a lot of help. One thing I really remember was not tp clamp too tight, let the glue bond...
