Happy New Year - not duck related but just saying Hi

Happy New Year Ladies and Gentlemen,

It?s been a while since I last posted, I?m still grassing that sneakbox- LOL. I actually haven?t hunted ducks this year, because I?m still a little uneasy on the water/mud where I normally go. Plus putting waders on is challenging.

I did get out on land this year, did some turkey hunting in May, doves in September, pheasants and even got out deer hunting in the snow. It?s good to see the post on the waterfowling you all are doing, keeps me motivated to get out there. I keep looking for field hunting opportunities, as we all do from time to time.

By the way, I?m still hunting with Chance, he?s still got some gas in his tank but has slowed down, like myself.

Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi to the DHBP, and I hope you all have a great year!

Thanks for the New Years wishes, I have a hard time putting on my waders now days so I know the feeling. But I did get out a few times and even got some shooting in. Its great you got out turkey hunting and dove hunting. Hunting hunting. The dog still loves you and will hunt to death do you part. This year could be your year . Hey you never know.
