They made really good dog ladders that fit both TDBs and Bankes boats. All they need added is a length of neoprene closed cell foam pipe insulation to cushion against the hull and some flexible vinyl trim cut to fit the outside edge to protect the dog's feet from abrasion if the boat is bobbing around in a chop when they retrieve.
