Anyone have out of state plans for next season?

I will meet my son on the Mississippi in November and have a trip to Nebraska for some December Greenheads.
Would like to do a flooded timber hunt at some time and sea ducks are on the bucket list.

I hope to be able to host some out-of-staters. I travel to Vermont to hunt every season with John Bourbon and another buddy, covering both ends of Lake Champlain. I have done this for the past 20+ years so I don't even think of it as going out of state to hunt anymore. Likely that is all my duck budget will allow this season, but have a larger boat this fall will be the focus.

Not sure about duck hunting.

This year for upland we will likely still do NE and MT. But I might skip the pheasant part and go out and meet our friends in ID for chukar, hun, quail and grouse hunting. Then perhaps some quail hunting in AZ.

For fishing, the annual September trip out west is set. This year Meeteetse, WY for 5 days to poke around on the Grey Bull and Wood Rivers, then 5 days in Cooke City to explore Yellowstone and the Beartooths.

Not many plans for feathered game but Newfoundland in October for moose again (long bow). Texas for 3+ months starting 1st of December for Reds and Specks plus the possibility of a hog and/Javelina hunt along the way. Of course ducks at Aransas NWR or the Laguna Madre are a possibility also. Maybe a few weeks trout fishing on the way home in March/April. All that and any other adventure I can find.

Hunting pool 9 in November can be an Adventure [;)]

Especially at the ramp at 4 am.

I am staying close to home this fall since it is the first season for Gus to hunt here. I want to get him on all my favorite stuff here. He gets to do youth duck when we have teal ( mostly gone by the time the normal season opens) deer rut with rifle when bow only for adults - those are the biggies.

White tails. From what I know of the place we are heading Muleys are not numerous.
