I think it looks pretty good, it is definitely not up to some of the standard of most of the artists on here but should hopefully draw in the Bull Cans.
Any suggestions? I did paint the wings black and white which should off ER some good contrast.

As close as possible to look like a bird landing in the decoys. I have a mounting pole that I have made that is adjustable to accommodate different water levels.

Great job! Those wings are spinning so fast, I can't even see them....


And - since you've come so far - I have one little suggestion. Take a bit of your Flat Black and darken the front of the head to get The Look.


Here's how I present it in my tutorial:



"The bill is Black ? as is the face on a line running from the ?hinge? of the bill ? through the eye ? then onto the top of the crown aft of the eye. Note that the Black does not run down the back of the head or neck."
