Mallard shadows/silos

ok these are the first pics ive posted since the photobucket days sorry about the sideways point of view.
 
Here I thought that is why you put the silos out, to get birds in to feed on the yard weeds!

They look very nice, just don't do what I do and walk around with your headlamp off, breaking stakes, heads, and tails off...!
 
I used to be better at the yard but after 30 years of fighting it I gave up. More time for duck projects.
The shadows are 1/4 ply . The stakes are 1/8 alum from ebay pre cut to 12 inches. Pretty cheap. I used 3/4 bolts with a washer and stop nuts. The bolt stops just shy of coming through so no need to grind the end down.
