Picked Up Some Treasures This Month Featuring a First Edition 1937 Issue of Joel Barber's Wildfowl Decoys at a local yard sale in good condition & Custom Solid Bronze Sculpture of Jersey Barnaget Sneakboat By Wildfowl Artist Joe Fornelli.
His Work Can Also Be Found In 1989 Illustrations of ?The Wildfowlers Quest by George Reiger. Interesting pieces, it's definitely a drastic difference to the hunting technologies of today we often don?t even realize. Figured I'd Share!

Those are cool, I put one bid on this auction. Looks like what you got. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F352825856143

Those are two very nice additions to any vintage waterfowling collection. I can't believe what the statue went for. Crazy good deal. I've seen them go for $200.

Good for you, Anthony!

The Barber book has played an important role in my life. I still read it every year or so. I first read a copy from East Islip Public Library ~ 1965.

See you Sunday!

Thanks Capp! Unfortunately won?t be able to make the show this Sunday with the postponement. I will be up your way in Deposit pheasant hunting. Hope to catch up soon though!

Thats a great book interesting read. Never know what you're going to find.. I picked up Zack Taylor's Successful Waterfowling at a yard sale a few years back in Maryland opened it up and was in for a surprise! One of the best .50cents spent!
