New Book

I shot my first bird, a mourning dove, in Florida in 1951. But I didn't start keeping a daily hunting log until 1979. I certain wish I had started many more years before that! Just a lot of very good days now lost to memory. At any rate I have selected 6-10 days each year between 1979-2018 for a book. Aside from details about the day, I have included the various species and number bagged, and guns used. I had 200 copies printed softbound. Delta gave me a free ad and I sold about 100 of the 200. The regular price is $25. But for members of this site the price is $20 postpaid. If interested, the mailing address is: Sand Lake Press, PO Box 130, Amity, Oregon 97101. Thanks. Worth Mathewson

Bill, Very good to hear from you after all these years. I still enjoy looking at the wigeon and brant decoy you made and gave me. They are in our living room, and many other people admire them. Best decoys I have! Best, Worth
