Does anyone have much fishing experience with the new Shimano Tekota 600HCLC series with linecounter function?

I can pick-up three of these for $180 apiece. Does anyone who fishes saltwater have any experience with this new variation. Really like my old model versions, but the higher reeling rate makes staying up with a larger than twenty pound chinook much easier.
