FIRST OF ALL !!!!! God Bless those who gave their lives for all of us. I hope you guys are all well. With that said: I finally went out with a few friends and put out the rest of our wood duck boxes. We placed twenty seven out this year. Up and down the Hudson River Valley. With over one hundred active boxes out there. This time I drove my outlaw 18 duck boat far back in the marsh. We found some really nice spots at High Tide. We found some nice active boxes that made me feel good to see. Some real old boxes were still doing well. Some boxes that we placed next to each other many years ago. Had some signs coming out of them. We couldn't look inside because of down trees. But I feel there being used. Also saw some nice signs on the river. Fish jumping all over the place ,eagles flying , geese and other waterfowl swimming, River was pretty clear and lots of people were fishing. I think this lock down might of helped the wildlife population. Birds were nesting in places where they never normally would. Places where boaters would of been hanging out fishing . All I can tell you guys ! we try like heck to do our little part to put back. To all you many great people thanks for building, checking and cleaning your boxes. Thanks to all the members that started building boxes after reading some of my post. Thanks to this website for giving me a ton of new friends. I might never meet you. But knowing there is a ton of good folks out there like me. I am very proud to call you my friends. Stay safe.
P.S. Great job Vince!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
