Apostrophes, feet and inch show as ?

Apostrophes, feet and inch show as ?
So I just noticed that apostrophes, feet marks and inch marks are showing as question marks in my posts. I went in to edit and they still show as question marks. Anyone have any idea as to why this is and how to fix it. I am using an iPhone to post.

I measured my boat and it?s 14? 2? long.

It's because you are using an iPhone and they don't play nice. Try this. Go to
Settings -> General -> Keyboard and turn off "Smart Punctuation."

I tried it in my above post and it worked.
