Interesting Picture

Looks like a photoshop of two images to me. But I never would have questioned it if you hadn't asked the question. Pretty shot regardless.
 
Not enough info to know. Distance from shore and height above the water will affect the results.

I'm going to wager it is right-side up. It looks to me like the sun is behind you and lighting the water up more than the distant sky. But that's just a guess. Neat picture.

The pic as shown is upside down It is very hard to tell. Try getting f the water to be perfectly still when you are in a boat on the water.

This is a spot I call Wood Duck Alley. Place I wanted to go had too many vehicles in the lot when I got there so chose this secondary spot. Always good for woodies in the early season.

it was the faint waves in the 'sky" in upper left that gave it away

but as I said - still a nice picture
