Merrymeeting Bay build difficulty

I'm considering building the Merrymeeting Bay (MMB) over the Sculldugery 15. Any comments on build difficulty of the MMB? Beginner, Intermediate, expert?
Nymph (stitch and glue) and the Big Tortoise (tack and tape). So, I have some experience boat building, but I'm not expert by any means. ..

I built the Merrymeeting Bay scull boat several years ago based on Sandy Point Boat Works plans. It's a cedar strip boat, if you have a table saw, router and table, it's a fairly easy boat to build.

I used it for a few years, then sold it off. As far as a scull boat, I didn't care for it that much, thought it sat too high. But as a small lake boat, it worked great.

At the time I documented construction on "Duckhuntingchat.com", it still might be out there.

Good luck.

Steven,
No, I'm sorry . . . I don't have the plans, nor can I find them on-line. I was hoping for some responses from others that have built it.

I'm pretty sure the lines are in this book:

Geoff~

You saved me the effort!

John Gardiner has plans drawn by George Stadel in his More Building Classic Small Craft - for a 15-foot Merrymeeting Bay Sneak Float / Merrymeeting Bay Duckboat. The construction is traditional carvel planking over steam-bent frames. So, definitely in the expert class. Beautiful vessel, though!

(I would include pages here but my new printer has confounded my best efforts to scan....)

All the best,

SJS

Sounds beyond my level. I'm "intermediate" at best. I think I'll stick with the sculldugery 15.

Thanks to everyone for the good advice
