Antique sneak/marsh boat ID

Looking back through some pictures on an old hard drive I ran across these. This boat was for sale a couple of years ago. I wasn't feeling the desire to make the drive so I didn't see it first hand but the lines caught my eye. I'm wondering if anyone has ever seen a plan for this?

That plan looks similar except for cockpit treatment. I do remember an old plan i,ve seen I believe posted from mechanics illustrated maybe that was similar also.

Almost looks like a version of a Barnegat Bay sneak boat.
