Duck Landjaegers??

I just dropped off some of my duck to be made into landjaegers. They are a family favorite outside of jalapeno pepperoni sticks. I was currious if anyone makes anything like this at home or has a home recipe they may share. Local butcher cost is $4.10 per lb. I do have a 3/4 hp grinder, stuffer, jerky maker and casings. I have a Traeger and multiple smokers. I have the plates for doing a double grind, just need a good cure or ingredients for making it.
