Truck bed extender/slide out/whatever they're called

I am very happy to have a truck bed. However, I am short compared to the height of the truck bed. It has a cap on it with access windows on the sides. I have to stand on the tires to get access inside. I also need a hooked pole to reach stuff in the back of the truck bed. I know that there are slide out shelves that allow you more access to your truck bed without having to crawl inside the truck. Does anyone here have recommendations for companies for this kind of thing?

Thanks for any ideas....

Dani,

I have the Decked drawers in my work truck. They are pricey but work very well. I spend a lot of time on dirt roads and they truly are waterproof and dust proof. The drawers are very sturdy, slide in and out easily and can be divided up for organizing. My only complaint for a personal vehicle would be with a cap on, a dog crate of a size for a typical hunting dog will not go in the opening. I haven't tried but I think a two piece crate could be assembled inside and fit.
