Finished a couple quick projects that I've been wanting to do on the snowgoose.
Put (yet another) new tach in. The batteries keep wearing out, this one has a replaceable battery (and also the potential for the seal on the battery compartment to leak).
I've wanted a mini tank to run the motor on with ethanol free gas for years and I finally put one together (couldn't find a small ready made tank under a couple gallons). Here in CT, I can't get ethanol free gas at the pump here and I've had occasional problems with my carbs on the F40 getting gunked (they are really complicated carbs and the repair bill is $$$$$$ when they need work). I just had the carbs rebuilt and that was the drive to get this tank put together. My plan is to run the motor for the last few minutes at the end of the day on pure gas with the hopes that will help with the carb issues.
Putting some time on the new tank.
Next project is to put a starter in it. I have a new toothed flywheel and that will be my first baby step.
